We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Automotive Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team in Fujairah.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Automotive Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team in Fujairah.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure complete accuracy in all administrative tasks to prevent unnecessary delays.
- Provide timely quotations and updates to customers.
- Maintain respectful and courteous interactions with all colleagues and customers.
- Welcome customers and assist the Service Advisor in creating job cards and accepting vehicles for repair.
- Efficiently manage cash, invoices, and documentation.
- Strive to deliver complete customer satisfaction.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with car parts and service.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a competitive advantage.
- Willingness to work in Fujairah, Al Hayl.
- Immediate availability is required
- Preffer Sri Lankans
Job Type: Full-time
