Assistant Store Manager
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer inquiries and concerns, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all patrons.
- Sales Performance: Assist in achieving sales targets and driving store performance by implementing effective sales strategies and promotions.
- Team Leadership: Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing sales associates. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and conduct regular inventory audits to minimize loss and ensure product availability.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain and enhance the store’s visual presentation in line with Maple Fashion Brand’s standards. Ensure displays are attractive and merchandise is well-organized.
- Operational Duties: Assist with scheduling, payroll, and daily operational tasks. Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, encouraging loyalty and repeat business.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide feedback to the Store Manager for continuous improvement.
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dibba Al-Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- ENGLISH (Preferred)
