Position: Assistant Operations Manager Location: Abu Dhabi Employment Type: Full Time Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight: Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations of the spa/salon/beauty facility to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure all services meet or exceed company standards and customer expectations. Staff Management: Support in recruitment / manpower recommendation, training, and managing staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies and service standards. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, working to resolve issues promptly and enhance customer satisfaction. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control, to ensure adequate supplies and minimize waste. Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and service quality. Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Reporting: Prepare and present reports on operational performance, including metrics related to service quality, customer satisfaction, and staff performance. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Proven experience as an Assistant Operations Manager or in a similar role within the spa, salon, or beauty industry, with a focus on quality control. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Additional certifications related to spa/salon management are a plus. Skills: Strong organizational and management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple aspects of operations and ensure high standards of quality control.
