Assistant Operations Manager
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Operation Manager to support our day-to-day operations and working closely with various departments to ensure smooth coordination and execution of tasks, projects.
Requirements: Candidate must be in UAE and ready to join immediately.
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
Support Operations Manager and Coordinate with different departments to facilitate efficient workflow and communication.
Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures.
Monitor and track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and records related to operations.
Assist in resolving operational issues and challenges as they arise.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in an operations
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Auto CAD is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
