Architect
- with Dubai Municipality License
- Prepare joinery workshop drawings, interior design layouts, technical plans and elevations, 3D views, design presentations, BOQ, estimates and quotations for management and client review
- Create technical drawings and models from sketches, verbal and written specifications obtained from clients
- Must have working knowledge of 3Ds Max, Sketch Up, Auto CAD, Photoshop and other relevant software to develop 3D views and architectural/technical drawings
- Expertise in multi-tasking by handling various designing and drafting assignments from multiple projects all at the same time under minimal supervision
- Holding a Diploma in Architecture or any related field is preferred but not necessary
- Wide experience in metal joinery or carpentry, furniture and fixture builds, exhibition stands, interior decoration and commercial / residential fit out projects is preferred
- Knowledge in space planning & commercial interior environment, fit-out detailing, specifications, suppliers & materials is preferred
- Knowledge in DM and other government approvals
- Must be fluent in English
- Expected to start immediately
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
