We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support a Dutch director in overseeing construction projects in the Lviv region.
What we expect from you:
Have at least 1 year of administrative experience.
Have strong oral and written communication skills including a precise command of grammar, punctuation, spelling, and the correct usage of the English language.
Organizational skills, and independence in decision-making.
Be able to work on multiple tasks with changing priorities.
Communication, flexibility, punctuality, systematicity and discipline, and business etiquette.
Compliance with non-disclosure of confidential information.
Excellent working skills with MS Office, Google Suite, etc.
Your responsibilities:
Providing administrative assistance such as composing and editing letters, documents, emails, and proposals, and ensuring a follow-up with those that require answers, responses, and written replies.
Realization of personal assignments of the manager.
Preparation of accompanying documents (calculation of business related estimates).
