Go Wombat was founded in 2015 and provides services for Backend, Frontend, AI engineering, Data Science, QA, and Design.
We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence, drive lead generation, and contribute to the overall growth of Go Wombat.
As part of the marketing department, your main responsibilities would include:

Developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives
Exploring innovative marketing channels and strategies to reach target audiences
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather customer testimonials, case studies, and success stories for use in marketing materials
Assisting in creating engaging content for various channels, including blog posts, social media and email campaigns
Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Collaborating with external partners, agencies, and platforms to amplify marketing efforts
Monitoring and managing social media accounts, fostering engagement and growth
Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives, providing necessary support for lead generation and nurturing
Coordinate with the design team to produce visually compelling and on-brand marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and marketing collateral

Desired Profile:

A high level of spoken and written English
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies
Solid work ethic, team player, dedicated to seeing challenging projects through to completion
Interpersonal skills, adaptability, multitask-oriented and interest in team development
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
Ability to work independently as well as a team player
