Middle/Senior Python Web Developer
Do you have relevant working experience and a willingness to work? Do you like to write code in Python? Then, Go Wombat is waiting for you. We are looking for skilled Python developers. It doesn’t matter where you work from — Ukraine, Europe, or another region.
Our specialists work in different parts of the world, but we highly value live communication. Currently, our team is located in three offices - Estonia, West Ukraine, and Spain, where almost a third of our developers are and where we plan to open our official branch.
The main direction of our development during the last seven years has been growth without losing technological focus since our company was built around it. Our main backend direction is Python combined with multiple frameworks (Django and Fast API are the primary ones). In frontend development, we mostly use React JS.
Our hierarchy is straightforward and practical — we don’t have a bureaucracy, and we are proud of it.
Mainly, Go Wombat cooperates with clients from Europe — the UK, Netherlands, and Scandinavia. However, we also have many exciting projects from the USA and Israel.
Required skills:
- Experience with Django web framework;
- Experience with Fast API;
- Experience with Iaa S and Paa S;
- Experience with relational databases (non-relational databases will be an advantage);
- Experience with the creation and use of RESTful APIs;
- Solid experience with version control systems (Git);
- Knowledge of Docker is preferable;
- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles;
- Basic knowledge of unit tests creation principles;
- Knowledge of UNIX systems;
- Upper-Intermediate. (B2);
- Experienced PC user :)
