This position is in Cargill’s animal nutrition and health business, where we improve animal lives through better nutrition. Our team researches, innovates and creates solutions that deliver healthy results for our customers.
Job Purpose and Impact

The role of the Marketing & Communications Specialist (Monogastrics, Ruminants - B2B segment) is to develop and implement high level, customer-focused marketing and communications activities for the successful launch of new products, services, and solutions and other initiatives that drive business growth (through individual contribution and team management).
Working mode - hybrid (2-3 days in office) Key Accountabilities

Execute and coordinate multi-channel marketing, communications and promotion efforts for diverse portfolio of brands

Identify and implement marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with sales and technical teams to launch new products, services and solutions (7Ps).

Create and implement an annual plan for marketing and communications in line with the brand and digital communication strategy.

Provide information about market, key trends, competitive environment and customer’s needs to create and develop strategies by animal species.

Plan and deliver events on schedule and within budget, evaluate activities effectiveness and develop optimum proposals.

Improve customer experience and marketing effect, as well as maintain new and existing customer loyalty.

Analyze markets to identify opportunities and contribute to rollout of new product launch plan.

Support internal communications and activities to achieve business objectives and increase employees’ engagement.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related field or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 4-5 years of senior Marketing & Communication experience

Fluency in Ukrainian and English.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience executing large-scale marketing communications activities.

Ability to work under time pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Experience in driving marketing effectiveness in both digital and offline communication channels.

Proven ability to drive and manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.

Ability to translate complicated messaging into easily understood language and communications.
