Responsibilities
- Processing incoming requests (phone calls, on-line chat)
- Initiating and searching for new customers
- Conducting meetings with potential clients
- Control over customer’s activity, keeping records of sales interactions
- Working with Zoho Sales IQ, Zoho products
- Fill up the online knowledge base daily, FAQ
Requirements
- About 1 year experience in IT sales, Digital, telemarketing
- English B2+ (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in working with Zoho CRM, Zoho Sales IQ
- Experience in Lead Generation process
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to perform remote and in-office work
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritise
- Experience in establishing contacts with potential clients will be a plus
- Learning and understanding services and products we offer to our client
- The IT Sales Junior should be passionate about technology and problem-solving
