You are:
- Effective in negotiation and resolving conflicts
- A professional with customer-first mindset and strong prioritization sense
- Your communication and presentation abilities are greatly used to challenge and convince people, provide insights, share ideas
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from e Auction results
- Confident in English on at least Upper-Intermediate level (both written and verbal)
- Skilled in MS Office (particularly in MS Excel, MS Power Point)
With you we will:
- Create electronic auction based on information received from e Auctions Business Partner (BP) after discussion with Buyer; conduct review call with Buyer and BP to check and confirm all the details; publish event.
- Conduct the training call for the selected suppliers to provide general overview of e Auction process along with participation in the test event.
- Manage e Auction events including active communication with Global and Local Strategic Buyers.
- Ensure compliance with Nestle standards and procurement practices.
- To monitor the performance service level agreements (SLA’s) and indicators of services (KPI's).
- To participate in action plans to correct deviations in services and process improvement.
- To participate in the issues resolution that affects the performance or service in a cooperative way with the Internal Business Process and the support units of NBS Lviv.
- Network with Buyers worldwide and experts from different NBS centers
- Management of interesting and challenging projects
