We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader ; As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will ensure the smooth operations and efficient functioning of the warehouse. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of warehouse staff, overseeing their day-to-day activities, and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Job Description:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.

Plan and prioritize work assignments for the team to ensure optimal workflow and productivity.

Train and develop team members on proper warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
-
Monitor and enforce compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality control and accuracy of inventory.
-
Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.

Oversee inventory management and conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
-
Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient warehouse practices to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team and address performance concerns through coaching and mentoring.

Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, including productivity metrics, inventory levels, and order fulfillment rates.
Are you the one?

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
-
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.

Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and software.

Knowledge of inventory management best practices and experience in conducting cycle counts and audits.
-
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and ability to enforce safety protocols.

Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
-
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required during warehouse operations.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.

Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in warehouse operations.
