Job description
Active member of the Service team and real technical adviser, you are the first interlocutor for our customers in your area. Your main mission is to promote and sell PERKINS services as well as parts in order to contribute to the business volume and margin development.
Your missions are :
Customer visit to build and develop loyalty with local dealers and key customers (mostly Agricultural, Construction Equipment & E.P. industries)
Identify customers’ expectations and requirements
Provide technical solutions (suggestion, quotation, follow-up until collection of receivables when needed…)
You are also responsible for facilities based in Izmir. You are autonomous, you report to the Service Manager located in Istanbul.
Profile required
Showing a strong field commercial appetence
Experience in after-sales business for Heavy machines
Real technical skills in diesel engines
Well organised, customer oriented
English would be nice to have
Driving licence is compulsory
Company car, laptop and mobile phone provided.
