We seek for "Quality & Operational Excellence Specialist" who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Core Manufacturing Center in Dilovasi, Kocaeli location with below qualifications. Reporting to Quality Manager, your skills and technical expertise will contribute to a variety of design projects.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering positions. Electrical engineering is a plus
Fluency in English and Turkish both written and spoken any another language is advantageous.
At least 2 years of professional experience in quality.
Practical Knowledge of SAP and SAP QM. QDMS knowledge is a plus.
Technical knowledge of transformer industry is a plus.
Practical knowledge of quality problem solving tools as 8D, A3, DMAIC, fishbone etc.
Practical knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 management system standard and its requirements.
Practical knowledge in implementation of Lean production and Six Sigma is a plus.
Practical & technical knowledge for supplier qualification, material and production processes.
Good command of technical drawing and their relation to international standards as well as internal specifications.
Good interpersonal skills, dynamic team player, structural thinking and professional approach towards suppliers.
Male candidates should have completed the military service requirement.
Your Responsibilities
Responsible for Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) requirements with team.
Support related management systems in quality function like ISO14001:2015 & ISO45001:2018.
Support coordination of customer requests and following up the actions and being a voice of customer.
Follow up of internal and external non conformities & Coordinate Root Cause Analysis (8D, A3 etc) and define the action with related team which come from internal audits, customer audits, during manufacturing or customer claims (CCRP).
Close cooperating with other functions in Hitachi Energy (Production, SCM, Engineering, HSE etc.).
Increasing supplier quality awareness and drive “Zero Defect” mentality within the supply base. Lead & Support Supplier in terms of quality training “problem solving methods etc” instruction & control form preparation etc.
Supporting incoming quality control activities to ensure reliability of control processes (control plan, control method etc). Lead supplier NCR’s working together with supplier quality teams to ensure the problems are solved permanently with corrective actions
Report & Follow up quality KPI’s such as Cost of Poor Quality, T-NPS surveys, Quality Improvement Plans etc.
Coordinate improvement projects which are derived from Cost of Poor Quality & NCRs.
Supporting initiatives and audits launched by Group function / Division on Sustainability, Material compliance, Integrity and Health, Environment and Safety.
