In this high-impact role, you will be working in Izmir Manufacturing and Distribution Center. You will report directly to the Director of Operational Excellence in US, work closely with, but independently of, the Plant Manager, and cooperate with cross-functional teams in Americas; Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA); and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and compliance, while leading the development and execution of comprehensive quality strategies that align with our business goals and drive internal and external customer satisfaction.

In this high-impact role, you will be working in Izmir Manufacturing and Distribution Center. The Job
- Support global Quality personnel and processes.
- Drive improvement of customer service and communication and support the development of related metrics.
- Coordinate with Products team (including Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Installation) to identify, perform a risk assessment, and resolve Quality concerns via the Non-Conformance Report (“NCR”) system.
- Support Root Cause Analysis efforts to resolve higher-risk NCRs.
- Ensure successful implementation and validate the effectiveness of NCR Preventive Actions.
- Support a strong supplier review and audit program for Products Manufacturing.
- Manage international implementation of Internal Audits and support External Audits of the Quality Management System (“QMS”) per ISO 9001.
- Coordinate with global Products organization to help develop global standards and supporting documentation (process documents, manuals, videos, etc.)
- Support global Products organization to eliminate errors and inconsistency in documents and material supplied to both internal and external users.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing. English fluency is required, Turkish is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality. Proven track record in hands-on management is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Manufacturing and/or Engineering background is a plus
- Excellent organizational and influential skills
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills for problem solving
- Good interpersonal skills to work with multiple teams on a regular basis
- Proficiency in using Windows-based computer programs (i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel) and web-based applications.
- Seniority to work independently.
