Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Plant Controller to join us at our facility in Caylrova-Kocaeli, Turkey.

Key responsibilities:

Leads budget and reporting process of the manufacturing plants in a close contact with Operations Finance Management, together with Operations stakeholders.
In charge of product unit costing & unit rate analyses.
In charge of accounting accuracy of plant financials. In this regard, responsible for all financial periodic reporting activities.
Partnering to the Operations team on CAPEX project management.
Responsible for Credit on a certain group customers leading Regular Credit Risk Assessment and credit limit reviews.
Responsible for Customer account reconciliations (quarterly).
Although FP&A function doesn’t exist in Turkey, manages business partnering for some certain areas.

Key requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration,
MBA or Master’s degree is a plus
Min 6 years’ experience in relevant areas. Audit experience is an asset
Fluency in English
SAP knowledge is a must
Strong analytical skills for financial planning, analysis, product costing and reporting
Advanced communication and presentation skills
Highly motivated, and eager to learn
