RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling of incoming orders for CNC Renewal Parts, order entry into the computer system (JDE), providing the ordered parts, preparing the necessary documents, prepare parts for the transport, pack the parts and negotiate with the forwarders for the shipping of the parts to our customers.
Manage the parts and service related telephone support for customers
Shipment tracking. (if necessary)
Invoicing parts orders to our customers.
Payments checking, taking action when payments are not properly done. (reprimands, calls etc.)
Provide our customers with all the necessary information about stock availability, delivery time, prices, shipments etc.
Close Cooperation with other Spare Parts Departments both in our Headquarter and in other countries.
Preparing various reports for service and spare parts. (Productivity report)
Visiting customers for increasing spare part sales

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or related discipline.
Experience with an ERP Software (JDE, SAP) is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written in Turkish and English,
Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Highly motivated and eager to work in a dynamic work environment.
