Materials Planner Turkey, Kemalpaşa MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and manage stock levels of raw materials, packaging materials and supplies.
Open purchase orders according to requirement time and amount in MRP system.
Plan and coordinate the supply of raw materials to meet production schedules.
Informing production planning of any failures related to supply that can affect program and the production plan implementation.
Track usage of consumable materials and manage open orders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of raw material and packaging material arrivals in the system.
Ensure all documents related to incoming raw materials are accurately tracked and submitted to the finance department.
Provide support to the warehouse during inventory counts.
Track import processes and ensure all necessary documentation is provided.
Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and maintain rigorous follow-up on tasks.
Manage inventory for specific SKUs within targets, optimizing customer service and inventory targets.
Arrange the return of non-conforming goods and resolve discrepancies between ordered and delivered quantities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a engineering, business-related subject, economics, or business administration. Preference for individuals certified in purchasing.
Minimum of 1 year of supply chain experience.
Proficiency in English.
Experience in FMCG and food production work environments is nice to have.
Very good MS Office knowledge.
Knowledge of ERP systems (Netsis specifically) will be a plus.
