Purpose and Mission
Responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives for more complex segments (clusters by location / population) within a country
Key Activities and Responsibilities
- Partner with local management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the business objectives.
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations topics, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a high-performing workforce within the local context.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
- Facilitate change management initiatives and support the business.
- Act as a coach and mentor to business leaders and HR teams within the location.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of local employment law, talent management, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Previous Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner role or similar.
- Prior experience in production or industrial companies is preferred
