From the CORPORATE business unit, we are looking for a HR Technician. This figure will be located in our office in Antalya.
What will your responsibilities be?
Manage payroll processing, labour tax compliance and Administrative and operational support services in the areas of human resources, IT.
To oversee the onboarding and offboarding process of the company (hiring, dismissals, retirement processes...).
Coordination of Health & Safety with external collaborators.
Update the staff's employment documentation both on paper and in digital format.
Work with the external payroll partner to ensure that payrolls are done on monthly basis in compliance with Turkish labour law.
Follow-up and completion of all taxes related to labour law in Türkiye.
Preparation of HR reports to be sent to the HQ, Budget, Monthly Reports, ….
Management, updating and monitoring staff vacation.
Management and compliance with the country's different labour laws (general disability law, ...).
Follow-up and update contributions to pension plans (BES)
Management of employees' company cars, laptops and mobiles renewal.
Recording payroll information in the accounting software.

Requirements
You are the talent we are looking for if...
Fluent Turkish & English is a must.
It would be desirable to have knowledge of payroll programs or working with payroll partners in Türkiye.
You do have a Degree in Labour Relations or similar with knowledge in Health and Safety law in Türkiye.
You do have at least 3 years working experience as Human Resources Technician or similar HR role in a company size equal to or larger than our subsidiary (where he/she would have had to report to headquarters). Knowing about the whole labour cycle onboarding – offboarding as well as the payroll cycle.
