What you’ll do

This role is responsible for L3 support, maintenance, plan and design of all Vodafone Turkey PAM Infrastructure to ensure high availability of systems and all services and keeping security policy and rules up to date. Also developing strategies by scoping out technology drivers to meet future needs, taking all necessary actions to avoid problems before they pose.

• Follow technology to design and develop new security-based services taking care of cost and performance criteria. Search for new security equipment’s & systems for better performance of security services with new features. Attend seminars, conferences and other activities about new technology, software hardware related to security services
• Design, setup and maintain network level security system infrastructure & equipment:
• Take necessary actions to prevent possible problems in Security systems core equipment.
• Solve problems that might occur on these systems working in cooperation with vendors, outsource companies and other teams in Vodafone.
• Follow capacity of Privilege Access Management services equipment and take necessary actions to increase/decrease capacity when required.
• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of PAM infrastructure
• Prepare/support documentation of PAM infrastructure according to company PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, COBIT, KVKK, GDPR, SOX etc. policies
• Collaborate with other cybersecurity professionals to define and implement access control policies
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PAM components
• Establish robust monitoring mechanisms to detect and respond to unauthorized access or suspicious activities related to privileged accounts
• Plan and attend operations on the equipment for fixing issues and keeping updated with new features
• Prepare/supports documentation of equipment and services according to company PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, COBIT, KVKK, GDPR, SOX etc. policies.
• Attending internal and external audits and preparing evidence when required
• Collaborate with 3rd party vendors for sourcing of skills required, products and services provided, for production components as well as for pilots and prototypes.
• Ensure VTR BCMS by planning, establishing, embedding, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving within VFTR.

Who you are

• University degree (BSc./MSc.) in Engineering discipline (Electrical-Electronics, Computer Science or similar)
• Proficient in implementing and managing PAM solutions
• In-depth knowledge of Privileged Access Management principles, concepts, and technologies
• Strong understanding of access control, authentication, and authorization mechanisms
• At least 3 years of work experience in information security, network administration or IT security
• Telecommunications industry experience is an advantage
• Critical thinking with strong attention to details and follow up
• Having low level security understanding but ability to present it in a high level
• Cyber Ark certification(s) such as Cyber Ark Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) or Cyber Ark Certified Trustee (CTP) is a plus
• Strong analytical deduction
• Being creative, problem solving and result oriented
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills, good in reporting
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with 3rd party suppliers and internal stakeholders
