The Role
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for the whole customer experience for our ‘Software as a Service’ products.
We take an innovative and challenging approach to Customer Success. Instead of providing a conventional type of support, the Customer Success Team at SCW leverages BI dashboards, Io T devices, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning to monitor and predict potential issues and provide proactive and preventive support.
Therefore, this role requires a “can do”, “can learn”, “can support” attitude.

We are looking for an energetic Customer Success Specialist, who will:
- Manage onboarding of new customers,
- Continuously monitor client status to ensure issue-free usage of the products,
- Understand business challenges and cases, directly solve problems or translate them into internal mechanisms to resolve problems,
- Be proactive in identifying issues and cases on behalf of clients to maximize the value they get out of our products,
- Advocate client requirements among internal teams and support internal product development lifecycle,
- Create and organize documentation to maintain a knowledge base, user manuals and training materials,
- Prepare and present periodic business reports.
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Exceptionally good writing skills.
- Strong organizational and detail oriented analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in BI Tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Previous experience with software product support is a plus.
- Knowledge of programming and scripting languages (e.g. Python and/or R) for modelling, automated reporting and data visualization is a plus.
- Experience with database query languages like SQL is a plus.
- Additional language skills in Spanish, German, Portuguese, Dutch is a plus.
