How does the role of Customer Service Specialist look like?
The Customer Service Specialist will join to the team who are responsible for supporting Rijk Zwaan Turkey’s Sales Representatives, communicating about seed availability, receiving and processing orders, invoicing, shipping seeds to customers and handling delivery complaints. You will work closely with the financial department on invoicing and customer financial status. In this key position, you support not only the sales team but also the customers with information and good service. As part of the orientation program, first 6 months period will mostly cover the shipping part and after transition period you will work more on customer service.
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist who is:
- graduate in Business Administration or related topics, preferably with accounting background
- committed to provide a high service level and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the team
- good in communication with sales team
- strict in complying with procedures and regulations
- planned, organized and accurate
- attentive to details
- good in analytical skills and confident in working with numbers
- experienced in using office and software programs
- fluent in both writing and speaking in English
