As & T Specialist
We are seeking a AS&T Specialist to be assigned at a leading multinational company in the pharmaceutical sector for which we provide consultancy. You will be responsible for developing, validating, and continuously improving processes for raw materials and finished products.

- Manage and support analytical activities with external suppliers
- Participate in product and process validation projects
- Coordinate method transfer and validation processes
- Implement new techniques and optimize analytical processes
- Conduct statistical analysis and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide scientific support to external suppliers and monitor project progress
- Strong technical and scientific knowledge in the pharmaceutical or chemical field
- At least 5 years of experience in R&D, QC laboratories, or related areas
- Experience with analytical method validation and transfer processes
- Fluent in English and Turkish
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
