One of a leading companies in agriculture in Egypt is looking for a dedicated Hybrid Breeder to join their innovative team in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing high-performing hybrid crop varieties that meet market demands and contribute to sustainable agricultural practices.

- Design and implement hybrid breeding programs for various crop species.
- Conduct field trials to evaluate hybrid performance, including yield, disease resistance, and quality traits.
- Analyze data on breeding outcomes and refine strategies based on findings.
- Collaborate with agronomists, geneticists, and other specialists to improve breeding techniques and methodologies.
- Maintain thorough documentation of breeding processes, results, and advancements.
- Stay informed on the latest research and technologies in hybrid breeding and apply them to enhance productivity.
- Support the commercialization of new hybrids by coordinating with marketing and production teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Master's degree in Plant Breeding, Genetics, Agronomy, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience specifically in hybrid breeding.
- Strong knowledge of plant genetics, hybridization techniques, and molecular breeding.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
