Position Overview

The Data Processing Team is responsible for ensuring data accuracy in the system associated to worldwide ULD management and control. The Officer, Data Processing is key to service delivery. Our global inventory should be monitored 24/7, 365 days to ensure that our customers have access to the ULDs they need, when and where they need them.

General Responsibilities

Timely and accurately correct errors in the messages received by the system to maintain proper stock records on the network as per defined processes.
Ensure messages received in the mailbox are filtered and updated in the system accurately.
Ensure flight schedule updates are done promptly and accurately as instructed.
Ensure defined quality and standards data are maintained.
Coordinate across functions and foster a collaborative team environment.
Address IT-related issues to IT team.
Handle specific projects within defined areas of responsibility.
Support implementation of new customers within areas of Message Quantity and Quality Performance.
Support Senior staff, assisting with various aspects of projects and operations.
Be flexible and adaptable to changes in shift schedules based on operational needs.
Ad Hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in aviation business or related field and other respective degrees preferred.
Experienced Aviation SITA Messages Handling
Fluent in Microsoft Office
Able to develop good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Able to work independently and as a team member.
Support colleagues in executing their duties to the overall benefit of Unilode.
