Handle outbound customer calls related to post-sale inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and product/service concerns effectively.
Provide detailed information on product/service usage, troubleshooting steps, and warranty policies.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products/services and company policies to provide accurate information and support.
Stay updated on new product features, changes, and promotions.
Required Qualification:
Thai national.
Fluency in both Thai and English (B1 level) is required, including reading, writing, and speaking skills.
Bachelor degree.
Working shift & schedule:
Shift start times will be scheduled every hour between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
Work schedule 5 days of the week, weekly off 2 days/ week.
