หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Cooperate with End User Support, Service Desk, other IT teams or stakeholder to ensure that the application has been resolved.
- Perform problem solving activity on in-house software and package software for user.
- Enhanced knowledge of back-end and front-end programming languages.
- Create and update for proper documentation such as application report.
- Create and Customize a Data Analytics by Power BI and will attempt to analyze the tools.
- Support other IT tasks as assigned by supervisor/IT manager in application support role.
