หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Control the performance of subordinates to meet the specified standards.
- Manage the ordering of office equipment and factory supplies, including employee uniforms.
- Prepare and control documents in various quality systems, including receiving various audits of the factory.
- Manage and coordinate the company's policies and regulations.
- Control and coordinate various administrative tasks such as waste management, employee transportation, cafeteria management, employee welfare, smoking areas, airline and hotel bookings, and other related tasks, etc.
- Maintain the laundry room and manage community relations work.
- Coordinate various labor relations of the company, suggestion boxes at various points, coordinate with the welfare committee.
- Oversee and control the company's various quality systems, such as GMP, HACCP, BRC, Personal Hygiene, ISO 26000, etc.
- Develop personnel in the organization to be able to work with the highest efficiency and effectiveness.
