Responsibilities for the customer support include, but are not limited to:
- Probe Card installation and ramp-up at customer site
- Data collection for the new Probe Card evaluation/Probe card production status/competitor information at the customer site
- P/C assembly and testing capability
- Troubleshooting of Probe Card and customer training, preventive maintenance, CIP at the customer site
- Problem solving ownership by communicating with a customer and FFI worldwide.
- Maintaining excellent customer relationship through technical support and communication.
- Improvement activities for product quality and performance
- TSC skill study and support if necessary.
- Project planning, coordination, implement and tracking
- Dedicate support on customer site if necessary
