Job Responsibilities
- Develop and build strong relationship with key account to business opportunities and maintain product loyalty to increase market share.
- Work closely with business units to drive product penetrations.
- Identify customer key opinion leaders and build strong relationships.
- Monitor market competitions and customer trends. Analyze and proactively respond to the changes to keep Company and products competitive.
- Create well throughout business plans and account profiles. Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve targeted revenue.
- Ensure all customer related matters are addressed and attended well.
Requirements
- BCH or above, major in Engineering related disciplines.
- 10+ years in Semiconductor industry with 1~3 years proven experiences in sales, account management, product marketing or technical management with strong sales acumen to drive business penetration.
- ALD/CVD experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Strong negotiation skill with well planned & aligned strategies to close deals for maximized benefits for the Company.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Good prioritizing capability, self-motivated and passionate.
