Job Responsibility
Manage key account customers and distributors, fully accountable for their sales performance, achieve the defined sales target and ensure sustainable profitable growth.
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to maximize Du Pont value.
Maintain and Develop TSMC customer relationship at all level, Understand the customers business, processes and key issues.
Manage performance and keep good communication with distributors about key customers, get alignment on sales strategy, and drive execution to ensure the results delivered and meet Du Pont expectation.
Strengthen the position of existing business and identify any new business opportunities in the targeted industries and applications. New pipeline development and management to meet new business development target to realize sustainable growth.
Coordinate sales effort with other functional teams such as PQE, AE, IO, RD and marketing.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Report on monthly basis of demand forecast, market/customer status & trend, problems and troubleshooting, competitor activities, and potential upsides and downsides for existing or new development projects.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above.
More than 5 year experiences in the Electronic industry, experience with CMP is plus.
Proven work experience as a Sales representative or field/customer service role.
Highly self-motivated and target driven. Good team player. Could work at high pressure situations.
Excellent selling, communication, time management and negotiation skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Ability to travel domestically and few international travels maybe required.
Fluent in communications with Mandarin and English.
