- Design, Implement, Debug and Test the Firmware for Android and Linux based platforms. For new as well as existing products.
- Implementation of new and unique features that will differentiate the product.
- Ensure the product software has the highest quality, performance and security.
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
- Strong understanding of C and C++ language.
- 7+ years experience working on QCOM and or MTK So C.
- Understanding of Linux Kernel and device drivers.
- Understanding of Android HAL architecture and development for new HAL modules.
- Understanding of Linux USB Gadget and following USB class specifications, UVC, UAC and HID.
- Familiar with communication protocols such as I2C, SPI and UART.
- Familiar with Oscilloscope and Logic Analyzers for verification of communication protocols.
- Strong architecture skills with an emphasis on API design and code reusability.
- Strong debugging skills.
- Can-do attitude and desire to solve problems
- Good knowledge of revision control and code review tools like git and gerrit.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of python language
- Familiar with Linux scripting
- B.S, M.S. or in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
