Key Role Activities
Ensures rapid, satisfying response to all customer requests pertaining to commercial products and 3rd party products originating in APR.
Manages and communicates all product quality and performance issues for those products and 3rd party products. This work comprises root cause analysis, development of feasible solutions, working within CMPT to select the best solution, project management and development and execution of internal and external communications strategies
Owns and communicates process change to customers. This comprises decisions about levels of notification, determination of success criteria, and approval of white papers.
Characterizes and drives improvement in products and services through systematic review of customer complaints and requests
Communicate with field service engineers and other sales staff on technical aspects of products and issue resolution
Maintains consistent customer response standards and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Interface internal/external customers to identify the specific purpose and technical requirements of each individual analysis requests
Interpret the analysis data and generate customer reports
Collaborate with account teams and work with customer quality team to account specific quality requirement.
Qualification
Prefer candidate owns master degree and major in Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Material Science/Engineering and Chemistry related field.
Above 5 years’ experience in quality role and over 5 years works in semiconductor company with relative knowledge in CMP process.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and recommend solutions to complex technical issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong customer relationships
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously. English is required as working language.
