ASML has employees over 60 locations in 16 countries. We deploy expatriates overseas on long term basis to achieve business priorities.
International Mobility Office (IMO) is the department that determine the Assignment Policies, execute an assignment life cycle, and advise business on the best approach to deploy employees under different situations. IMO looks into immigration, tax, social security, relocation,…etc aspects of an assignment and ensure the top of the class employee experiences.

Role and responsibilities

To create purchase order and follow through the approval process

To respond to queries related to purchase order from business, vendors, or management team

To perform assignment team’s monthly tasks

To keep internal and external documents and templates up to date

To execute tasks assigned by manager
Education and experience
Graduate or undergraduate school students
Skills
- Attention to detail, sensitive to data, and strong in time management are must
- Strong command in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Visio, Power BI
- Strong command in English
