About the role:
To support Facility Manager and be the primary interface with local stakeholders, understanding and responding to their needs through the effective and efficient coordination of all the facilities and services to meet or exceed the service level agreements with customer. To deliver assignment effectively, apply industry best practice, implement the most efficient methodologies, processes, technologies, and work practices to align with client’s business strategies, site requirement, and standards and comply with local regulations, JLL policies and customer’s guidelines.
What this job involves:
Support the Facilities Lead in implementing programs for client and user satisfaction.
Coordinate maintenance schedules and supervise workers for central office environments.
Assist FM in developing a facility management plan and overseeing service providers.
Source, select, contract, oversee, and manage service providers or tier-two on-site staff. Keep the service standard including but not limited to Helpdesk work, Mailroom, Housekeeping, employee service and F&B etc.
Act as a liaison between Facility Manager, JLL personnel, and vendors.
Implement technology for automated processes and conduct site inspections.
Manage relationships with landlords, improve services, and ensure timely reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders, handle small projects, and lead delegated tasks in FM.
Conduct monthly site inspections and daily patrols to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Independently handle small projects, including proposals for space upgrades, refurbishments, Lab/Shielding Room establishment, and internal relocations, with extensive knowledge of air and power consumption, floor loading, and EHS-related advice for stakeholders.
FM lead delegated tasks.
Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related industry is preferred.
Excellent communication skills required to interact effectively with all levels of the company, external vendors, and customers. Knowledge of supervision principles, practices, and techniques is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Microsoft Project, etc.).
Strong written and verbal English language skills.
Ability to work independently, make decisions, and respond quickly in emergency situations.
Strong problem-solving skills to address facility-related challenges and implement efficient solutions.
Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and quality in facility management tasks and documentation.
Customer-focused mindset, prioritizing meeting the needs and expectations of facility users and occupants.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and able to handle emergent issues effectively.
Leadership qualities to supervise and coordinate facility maintenance staff and service providers.
Discipline in the working environment and compliance with policies.
