Minimum qualifications:

• Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 2 years of experience in electrical (e.g., electrical testing equipment or electrical distribution) in an industrial or commercial environment.
  
• 2 years of experience in operating, maintaining, or troubleshooting facility electrical systems.
  
• Ability to work non-standard hours and differing work rotations/shifts.

Preferred qualifications:

• Electrical Technician's License.
  
• Experience working in complex mission-critical facility environments, including data centers, hospitals, power plants, or production factories, etc.
  
• Experience performing maintenance on critical electrical systems (e.g., generators, UPS systems, ATS/STS units).
  
• Knowledge of the electrical and mechanical systems used in a data center environment (e.g., Feeders, Transformers, Generators, Switchgear, UPS systems, ATS/STS units, PDU/PMM units, Chillers, Air handling units, and CRAC units).
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with contractors who perform maintenance or upgrade work on these systems.
  
• Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently with local and cross-regional vendors.
