To hire a Business Development Manager for the required bandwidth due to increasing business engagement, market competition and extended application

New market opportunity identification/penetration and secure current market position as competitiveness
Responsible for revenue, P&L and drive result with internal stakeholders to achieve target
Job Description
New product/technology introduction (R&D/pilot Line)Analyze customer’s roadmap and align with ASML solutions to meet customer’s needs N+1: Align HQ and customer on tool and configuration N+2: Align HQ and customer on node requirement definition N+3: Align HQ and customer on research needs with ASML longer-term roadmap
Contribute commercial deal creation (N+1 negotiation and closure) Support commercial team to close N+1 business deal by delivering agreed tool/configuration Deliver value analysis with competitive position by delivering committed performance
Lead commercial deal execution (Volume ramp-up) Re-align required configuration change for specific HVM requirement Confirm actual product value is realized as sold (Re-align on value of delivered items)
Installed base business developmentPlan and realize installed base upgrade forecast for annual revenue target setting Lead business opportunities identification and execution toward closure Support commercial team to close business deal by commercial justification with customer benefit
Competition and new market penetrationDefine potential market and competition strategy for non-ASML customers and fabs Responsible for TW Advanced Packaging by defining business strategy toward tool insertion
Education And Experience
Master degree of Engineering or Science
At least 5 years of engineering experience in semi-conductor industry, with customer fab/R&D process experience is preferred
At least 2 years in business related experience
Skills
Good Inter-person skills & stakeholders management skills
Good capability to manage business dynamic and complexity by defining right actions to drive business
Good command of English
Good presentation skills
Good team work spirts
Other Information
The role is based in ASML Hsinchu office
Travel % is 60%, mostly with Taiwan
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
