Account Manager for DUV business management within TSMC CT (Customer Team) new system team

Role and responsibilities
Account manager for DUV new system business management to support the ever growing business, including off-shore sites. Core jobs including 1) demand consolidation and coordinating internal parties, 2) Business deal end to end including deal proposal, internal alignment and approval, negotiation and closure with customer, to hand shake with internal stakeholders for execution, etc, 3) working with BDM (Business Development Manager) to develop commercial strategies for new system introduction, platform migration, options, 4) Lead new VPA.
Business goals and strategy : Looks for ways to develop strategies to meet ASML business goals on DUV products or assigned subjects. Helps to develop clear goals and success factors directly linked to the achievement long term and short term of TSMC CT business targets. Take clear accountabilities by providing appropriate guidance.
Competition information gathering : Look for ways to develop networking to clarify competition landscape and key decision makers, criterions, and timeline for CT and BL (Business Line) to define clear counter strategy and actions to improve product advantages and market share.
This is accomplished by creating strong interface between multiple levels of the customer and ASML including sales/BDM, engineering, purchasing, planning, R&D, management , operations, accounting, finance, business lines and marketing, deal structuring team, legal/contract, etc. Conveys a strong understanding of customer’s expectation; recognizes the business linkages and strategies with present and future customers’ needs effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and account profitability.
Education and experience
Education : Master degree Experience : 10 or above years working experience. Knowledge and experience in semiconductor equipment industry is required

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
