We are opening a position of System & Network Administrator to join the team of our client.


As member of the IT team, you will contribute to support collaborators for all their IT needs, such as computer, platforms, tools. You will also participate in the implementation of a Dev Ops approach involving the software developers and testers, and the IT team.


Responsabilities

• Participate to the definition of all Information Technology (IT) assets, such as infrastructure, platforms,software, hardware.
• Implement, maintain, monitor and optimize all IT assets, from network cabling to cloud architecture.
• Participate to the definition of, and implement, IT and Information Security (IS) policies and practices.
• Plan and manage installations, upgrades, configurations, deprecation and removal of IT assets.
• Manage identity (user accounts, service accounts) and access (authentication and authorization) to IT assets.
• Implement data backup and system security operations (e.g. user authorization, firewalls).
• IT support levels 1 and 2, as well as support level 3 on specific subjects:
• Provide support and guidance to both non-technical and technical users (e.g. engineers).
• Resolve issues escalated by users.
• Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines.
• Maintain the documentation and inventory of the whole IT assets.
• Report security event in accordance to the applicable procedures

Mandatory :

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc, BA, or equivalent) or CFC (or equivalent) in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or related field.
• Experience (at least 5 years) with IT topics such as system installation, configuration and analysis, networking.
• Knowledge of cloud computing.
• Knowledge of data protection operations and legislation.
• Knowledge of IT standards, Information Security standards, and best practices.
• Knowledge of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, ping, traceroute)
• Experience with configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Experience with administration of Windows (desktop and Server).and GNU/Linux.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., Proxmox, VMware, Hyper-V).
• Knowledge in scripting languages for automation.
• Organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to share experience with peers.
• Awareness of technological trends, tech curiosity, and aptitude for self-training.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Good level in French and English (at least B2 level).

Advanced administration skills (professional certification or similar level) on :

• Microsoft Azure (Iaa S, Paa S), Entra ID, Defender (XDR, Endpoints, Cloud Apps), Intune.
• Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, Share Point, etc).
• Google Cloud (Iaas, Paa S).
• Fortinet solutions.
• Synology Active Backup for Business.
• Proxmox VE, Proxmox Backup Server.
• Storage systems such as SAN and NAS (e.g., Synology).

Good knowledge of Dev Ops approach, technics and tools such as CI/CD (e.g. Git Hub Actions) and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
