Your Tasks

Support the Investor Relations and Marketing team with all administrative tasks.
Assist Investor Relations in preparing RFPs, sales pitches, and presentations. - Identify potential prospects and draft initial or follow-up communications.
- Update contacts, accounts, activities, and leads pipeline in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers to update sales and marketing documents.
- Organize and prepare investor mailings.
- Coordinate sales events.
- Manage the printing of booklets, reports, and factsheets.
- Prepare mailing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Establish reports and minutes for management.
- Maintain and update the company website.
- Create and update presentations, brochures, factsheets, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in French and/or German.
- Prior experience in a sales and marketing role is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
