Private Equity Intern
Primary responsibilities
- Preparation of analyses and active assistance with client presentations and projects
- Supporting the team during the due diligence and M&A process
- Preparation of investment documentation and presentation to the investment committee
- Assess investment opportunities by developing financial models and reviewing commercial assumptions
- Support in reporting to our investors
Profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally in business administration, finance or similar
- Ideally initial experience in corporate finance, investment banking, M&A or private equity
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for business administration
- Proficient in Excel and Power Point
- Written and spoken German and English, other languages an advantage
We offer
Start of work: January 2025 or by arrangement, min. 6 months
- You will be part of an entrepreneurial company and dynamic team
- Active participation in portfolio management (also on site if necessary)
- Flat hierarchical levels and the opportunity to take on responsibility quickly
