As part of the Retail Team, reporting to the Retail Planning and Fulfilment Manager, you will work closely with the Category Manager and merchandising and planning teams to manage the intake flow into the business to hit monthly forecasts, drive sales and minimise risks, whilst analysing ranges to support decision making aligned to maximising future performance as part of our range review programme.
This role requires regular communication with key stakeholders from around the business including Category Managers, Planning, Shipboard Retail Managers, Fleet Supervisors & Logistics.
First experience in retail merchandising, with advanced planning and analytical skills, including Excel
Flexible approach to work, adapting quickly and effectively to unexpected changes

Work closely with the Category Managers, Fulfilment, Planning and Replenishment Teams to control inventory levels, allocations, and forecasting to enable accurate replenishment to ships
Monitor on board stocks and work closely with the Logistics and Planning Teams to ensure that deliveries on board can be received working on solutions for both low stocks and overstocks
Provide weekly summary of KPIs within departments of responsibility relating to sales, stock, profit, and markdown versus budget using the tools available and in development
Work with the Category Buying Team to deliver new ship set-ups, providing analysis and creating OTBs, whilst developing a strategy to maximise performance in line with the company objectives
Work with the Category Manager on range management producing full and detailed category range review analysis, including range and supplier performance
Make recommendations for promotional activities to clear old stock, minimising loss of margin and generating maximum sales
Accompany category teams on ship visits and to vendor meeting
