In line with corporate guidelines, the Spa Fleet Supervisor & Trainer is responsible for helping improve the performance of the onboard Spa Teams across the fleet; delivering training, driving the revenue strategy, and ensuring the implementation of all Company policies and procedures in order to increase our guest satisfaction

- Fluent English. Any additional languages are an advantage;
- Qualified Beauty Therapist including; facial\/body massage and facial\/body electrics;
- At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Previous Cruise Ship experience;
- Business Development and Strategy;
- Analytical Skills;
- Training Ability and Experience;
- People Development and Leadership Experience;
- Strong Inter-Personal and Communication Skills;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, availability to travel.
Training
- Assess the onboard SPA Teams capabilities and training needs to develop strategic training plans;
- Deliver standard training to all onboard SPA Teams;
- Follow up the training administration and provide reports to the business.
Revenue Strategy
- Review the execution and performance of the SPA Revenue Strategy;
- Support the SPA Team to improve marketing effectiveness and increase sales;
- Work with the SPA Manager to analyze revenue results, identifying strength and development areas, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Operations
- Support in the creation and development of standard operational processes and procedures;
- Run audits across the fleet to ensure compliance of company policies, standards and procedures;
- Review guest survey results to improve guests’ experience and satisfaction;
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reports.
