We are looking for a Product Trainer and Consultant (m/f/d) with an 80-100% workload to join our Product Center Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions, where we specialize in developing solutions in the field of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIo T). With your commitment and expertise, you will promote the development and knowledge for our international customers and sales employees of the Endress+Hauser Group

What is the role about?
Do you love to share knowledge and inspire others? Do you want to develop and implement innovative training concepts? In this role, you will be responsible for planning and conducting training sessions, creating learning materials, and promoting knowledge sharing.
What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- Plan and conduct training sessions on-site or via videoconference
- Create video-based learning materials from script to video editing
- Ensure knowledge building and transfer within the Endress+Hauser Group
- Determine training needs through consultation with the sales force and our customers and develop training programs
- Further develop and optimize innovative training concepts and training sessions on-site or remotely Evaluate conducted expert training and user training sessions
What do we expect from you?
You:
- Have successfully completed a degree or training in business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Ideally have initial experience as a trainer or coach in a software context
- Have experience in moderating and designing training sessions and events
- Possess comprehensive presentation skills and strong communication skills
- Have knowledge of various teaching methods and their applications
- Bring prior knowledge in the IIo T area (advantageous) Speak very good German and good English, both written and spoken, and have a willingness to travel about 10%
