We are looking for a Head of Retail for our Sales Department. Role Overview We are seeking for an exceptional leader with a deep passion for retail and luxury goods to define and execute our international retail strategy for a leading luxury watch brand. As the Head of Retail, you will have the extraordinary opportunity to implement a customer-oriented retail development of our brand and spread the exclusive elegance of our timepieces worldwide. In this role, your main tasks will be to :
Implement a collaborative, out-of-the-box, and customer focus mindset across all teams and countries
Develop with Marketing international a retail strategy in term of activations of the boutiques especially after the openings focus to end-costumers
Transmit retail competences to sales staff
Established retail standards
Lead an international team of retail managers to ensure exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets on a global scale
Implement a global retail network strategy
Develop and implement a top-tier retail strategy for international markets to maximize sales growth and market penetration of our luxury watches
Identify with the local Brand Manager market opportunities and develop expansion plans, considering actual distribution, culture, trends, and competition, group and brand strategy
Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to effectively measure the success of the global retail strategy
Analize KPI, Headcounts needs and propose actions
Follow up with the Boutiques on the retail operation strategy in term of security procedures, how to merchandise, sell, present, etc.
Prepare and follow up all Corporate Boutique and SIS future projects through the SG guidelines for the retail committee
Monitor the RMIS information

Retail professional profile
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
Several years of experience in international luxury retail, preferably in the luxury goods or watches industry
Proven track record in developing and implementing retail strategies and building and leading international teams
Professional requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills to build and maintain effective relationships with retail partners
Exceptional communicator
Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions
Languages
Excellent communication skills in English
Proficiency in other languages is advantageous
