About the team you are joining Reporting to a Project Manager, Program Management Office, the Project Coordinator's objective is to successfully deliver software products and infrastructure projects, and control and validate all x-charges for all projects. The incumbent will work with the ITS teams, vendors, and business owners to deliver projects in compliance with the ITS Project Lifecycle and IATA PMO methodology and will engage with all project stakeholders to ensure that the x-charges are timely and correctly reported so we can forecast accurately. What your day would be like
Be responsible to collect and report timely x-charges from all projects from all the different streams in a safe and secure way so data remains accurate (Admin version control and storage).
Manage small to medium projects through the entire life cycle and ensure that all necessary steps and best practices are followed
Execute project management tasks such as: technical resource allocation, development of project schedules and timelines, managing project scope, IT cost estimations, managing interdependencies, manage vendor development resources, status reporting, stakeholder management, risk and issue management.
Facilitate sprint planning and monitor the execution while adhering to the testing process and releases planning; based-on accurate velocity calculations of the team. IATA uses the Agile project methodology focusing on scrum for technical project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the project are addressed, and everyone is working towards the same goals.

BA/BS Degree in Information Technology in the technical domain, management or any relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in IT Project Management.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in data management tool using Excel, Power BI and other data tools – related certification need.
Certified Scrum master or PMP certification is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Analytical skills, ability to identify issues early and propose solutions.
Experience in working with Atlassian tools (Jira Software, Confluence)
Experience with gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups.
