About the role
As HR People Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning our people strategy with the overall business objectives. You will partner with management to develop, implement, and optimize HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, performance, and satisfaction.
Job Description
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
Support talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Facilitate performance management processes, including goal-setting, feedback, and employee development plans.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Conduct training sessions and workshops on various HR topics.
Work collaboratively with the HR team to support organizational development and change management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
You have:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in HR or people management roles.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Highly preferred:
Passion for promoting a positive organizational culture and an inclusive work environment.
Will be a plus:
Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems and task trackers.
