As the Head of Group Applications Services, you will lead Axpo’s IT initiatives for HR, ESG, compliance, IT, legal and other divisions, ensuring high-quality solutions across the business. With a focus on digital transformation, you will oversee the modernization of IT platforms, feature development and ensure the seamless operation of critical systems in an agile way.

What you will do:

Lead and operate the HR Digitalization and IT Transformation platforms in IT in a Dev Ops setup.
Build and foster a customer-centric team with strong IT domain knowledge.
Ensure stable operations with quick response times and efficient processes.
Align your team’s work with IT colleagues to maximize synergy and security.

What you bring & who you are:

Master's degree in business, economics, technology, or natural sciences.
10+ years of experience in large organizations with over 2,000 employees.
Proven leadership skills with experience in agile methodologies and IT system delivery.
Strong strategic thinking, excellent customer relations, and solution-oriented mindset.
Deep understanding of IT tools such as Jira, Service Now, and HR systems like Success Factors.
Fluent in English, with German or Spanish being advantageous.

You will be managing a geographically diverse team based in Switzerland and Madrid, working closely with multiple divisions within Axpo.
