The Guest Relation Manager is a professional who is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, taking care of the relationships within the structure where s/he is staying. His/her job is to give information and advice welcoming guests as they arrive, making them feel at ease, following all their requirements and illustrating the characteristics of the structure. It is a figure that follows the guest step by step, it is informed, helpful, with a strong inclination towards external relations and a perfect knowledge of foreign languages. Of neat appearance and with excellent dialectic skills, the guest relation manager will make guests feel at home.
